Prior to a booked appointment, all personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle, this is including child seat(s). The boot should also be emptied.
Wightshine Valeting & Detailing does not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle whilst being valeted.
Where some of our services are mobile, we may refuse to work on your vehicle if it is parked on a busy road or somewhere where we cannot work safely.
If your vehicle has any bodily fluids, mud, mould, paint or heavily soiled with pet hair we ask you make us aware prior to booking.
If we are presented with any of the above, your car will have to be requoted and possibly rescheduled in some circumstance if the plan time length isn't suitable.
If a deposit has been paid or has been paid in full, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Paint enhancement will improve the paint to a degree, however deep scratches/ stone chips/ scrapes and marks may still be visible if they are deemed beyond the paint layers.
Wightshine Valeting & Detailing reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to the condition presented to us.
Payments due must be made in full on the day of the booking, unless otherwise agreed to.
For all Autobead coating and large bookings a £50 deposit is required, this deposit secures your booking and is non-refundable.(This must be paid once booked so please contact us), without this deposit we will remove the booking after 24 hours without warning.
We reserve the right to alter or move your booking due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
You will not lose your deposit if we must alter/change your booking.
Your appointment can be rescheduled, up to 48 hours before your scheduled booking. If you fail to notify us, then we will not be able to refund your deposit.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment (mobile or studio based), then you will still only receive the allocated appointment time, this is because it will have a knock on effect for other bookings after yours.
Please note that discounts including blue light cards can only be applied to the booked vehicle, and it’s limited to cars only, all other vehicle types are excluded.
Please note we do take picture(s) of your vehicle for social media purposes, if you do not want your vehicle on social media, it is your duty to inform us.
