Terms & Conditions.
Prior to a booked appointment, all personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle, this is including child seat(s). The boot should also be emptied.
Wightshine Valeting & Detailing does not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle whilst being valeted.
Where our service is mobile, we may refuse to work if your vehicle is parked on a busy road or somewhere where we cannot work safely.
If your vehicle has any bodily fluids, mud, mould, paint or heavily soiled with pet hair we ask you make us aware prior to booking. If we are presented with any of the above, your car will have to be requoted and possibly rescheduled. If a deposit has been paid or appointment paid in full, we may not be able to issue a refund.
Paint enhancement will improve the paint to a degree, however deep scratches/ stone chips/ scrapes and marks may still be visible.
Wightshine Valeting & Detailing reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to the condition presented to us.
Payments due must be made in full on the day of the booking unless other wise agreed to.
For all Autobead coating bookings a £50 deposit is required, this deposit secures your booking and this deposit is non-refundable.(payable when you book so please contact us).
We reserve the right to alter or move your booking due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. You will not lose your deposit if we must alter/change your booking.
Your appointment can be rescheduled, if rescheduled 48 hours before your scheduled booking. If you fail to notify us, then we will not be able to refund your deposit. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, then you will still only receive the allocated appointment time.
For the maintenance plan, the rules are simple.....
Once the process has started and the initial clean has been done, the following agreed and booked appointments must be kept unless there is a reason not too, of which we will require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
If you are removed from the plan for whatever reason, ie, missed appointments then you will be removed and if you wish to rejoin then you will have to restart the whole process including costs.
No Discounts are available with the maintenance plan due to being heavily discounted already, this includes the use of the blue light card.
Please note we do take picture(s) of your vehicle for social media purposes, if you do not want your vehicle on social media, it is your duty to inform us.
